Dear football manager addicts ....
I have spent the past few weeks trying to develop a strong and balanced tactical system that will ensure me ultimate success in fm 2010 ... I based my theory on achieving a fluid , attractive, fast, attacking , and creative style of play (example : Arsenal) yet at the same time to remain safe in defense + score more goals than conceding .
I like my team to play the popular 4-2-3-1 that adds more dimension and variety for my attacking phase . Yet it is flexible by securing 5 men in the middle when defending and 4 men pumping forward while attacking .
I would like to share my tactic with you and feel free to give me feedback or special advice to improve it or tweak it more if needed in certain areas.
Thank you all and enjoy
this is my tactic in three versions (standard , attacking and overload) and i will also add an optional defenive tactic for protecting the lead in the last 10-15 mints
