my coaches keep sayin that some of my players need to improve there tactical role,any1 know what that is?help please

Go into the player screen, then into training. About halfway down on the left, their are 4 drop-down bars, and the first one will be 'focus'. Click on the arrow next to that, and go into 'specific role' then select what ever role you use him as!
