Tactics and player attributes

What are the player attributes that i should focus on when buying/using players for the following styles:

1. Direct passing - fast tempo, or
2. Short passing - fast tempo, or
3. Direct passing - slow tempo, or
4. Short passing - slow tempo

Wel, ithere is no secret formula and the attributes would also depend on what role you give the players.

In short though.

Quick-Direct

Strength, Stamina and Tactics

Slow and Short passing

Attacking, Ball Control and Tactics

Given that the hardest part to play is Quick and with short passingm I would ay that the team need to be more or less complete
