Tactics Changing

During a game I will just be playing a match then I got to change my tactics but there already changed from what I set them as before the game. It happens all the time an it really annoys me because it always turns offside trap on and I always concede. So is there any way to fix this or does it happen by doing something?

Did you turn the offside trap on in the normal tactics screen instead of the pre match tactics?

I didn't turn it on, it just done it during the game automatically without me doing anything.
