Tactics for Arsenal?

Hi, I'm new to Football Manager and I really want to do well with Arsenal. So Far I'm having no luck with tactics, formations or any players that I buy. Any reccomendations would be extremely welcome. Thanks.

Thanks guys, any ideas on which tactic to download? I've tried everything from simple 4-4-2 through to complicated stuff like 4-1-2-1-2 and nothing seems to be successful...
