Tactics for CM10 for PSP

Hi All

I have been brought a new PSP along with CM10 (Lucky me I hear you say) lol! I am in my 4th season with MK Dons and have done quite well so far but can never seem to get out of the championship, The most money I have had to spend is 2million but have done well with my youth buys etc... Now need a decent Tactic to take me that much further any ideals?? I have tried Tactics of users with PC CM10 but they work say for the first game i use them but no good after that?
