Tactics For Staying in Prem for 1st year..

Hi, currently playing as doncaster rovers, and just got promotion to the Premiership..14 games in and only 18 points, only thing keeping my out of bottom three is how poor the other teams are playing.
any tactics/formations from anyone that could help me grind a few good results out?

T McMahon S Hird M Mills A Ochoa
D Gibson C Hunter (DMC's)
D De Ridder/ (AMR) F Delph (AMC) H Robson-Kanu (AML)
V Obinna/Mido (ST)

Bench: N Mikhaylov, J Hand, T Belaid, Obinna/Mido, K Commons, J Van Nieuwstadt, J Mills

play attacking, quick, wide, short passing and counter attacking. any help would be much appreciated. cheers
