erm havent played fm in ages and just got FM12 today, where do you extract downloads e.g. tactics, trainings, facepacks etc. to?
 
Tactics to C:\Users\yourname\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2012\tactics
Training to C:\Users\yourname\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2012\schedules
Graphics to C:\Users\yourname\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2012\graphics

If you don't have the tactic folder, create it and so on..........
