Tactics, Transfer, Scouting

As of FM2011, I would like to see these changes:

1. Be able to put players in prefered position you want them to be
2. Also have realistic transfers
3. Be able to manage an African International team
4. Be able to scout players yourself by going to key matches rather than sending scouts

Also keep the system specification for windows XP remain the same.

im manager of celtic & south africa right now season 1
i get asked to attend games as manger of south africa
& if u want to watch a player for your club click his team & click on there next fixture it will come up attend if it doesnt this means u cant attend that game simply click games till u get 1 that doesnt clash with ur games
i would like to see you pick only 1 league & u can get any job offer from any were in the world like real life
so for example im celtic right now & have have had to select leagues sco,eng,esp,ita with what i want in game i would select simply the team i want to manage so id pick celtic & the scots division would be selected then say i get do well i could be offerd job in italy spain england germany etc etc etc if i take another job say barca i would then no longer have the scots leagues to playin in but spains leagues
makin the game speed etc much faster
football manager has been crying out for this for years & suprisingly its about the only thing iv wanted to see in the game no added over the years as fm iv always found if u can think of somethin 2 make the game better it would be added within a season or 2
