Tactics view change?

HELP!!!!!!!! Ok that sounded a bit desperate but well i kinda am. Does any one know if you can change the tactics display on the right so that it shows the role you have set that position? Like it used to in the previous FM? I'm not a big fan of the little star and circle. Any help my fellow FMers could pass on would be greatly appreciated.

You can't change this with settings, but maybe there'll be some skins down the road that'll bring this back. I'm looking for one myself.
