Tactics whilst going on holiday

How do you make sure your team plays your tactics whilst you go on holiday? I'm testing out some tactics and want to see how they go on with my team throughout the whole season.

Select the box that relates to "using first team tactic" in the holiday option.

Like stated above. But if FM13 works as FM12, your assman Will still make ingame changes, both regarding system and formation, all as à reaction to what he sees on the pitch.

be aware the *** will only use your starting tactics if think arnt going your way he will change how he sees fit also if your *** is poor he could make bad changes like if its better to defend a lead towards the end he may well go attacking make odd subs that you probs wouldnt and i dont think they use shouts like if u was watching the match i found shouts can affect the game in a big way
