I currently manage man city, but i want to quit man city to manage burnley, if i manage to do this is there a way that i can take some members of staff with me?

if your staff members have you as their favoured personal, you will get a mass exodus when you leave, alot of the staff quit along with you, you will have to re-employ them with Burnley however and you might not be able to afford the wages they are accustomed too :)

Ok thanks, i'll try and get a few of them to have me as fovoured personel, thanks :)

Also, is there a way to get a player to leave with you?

no players will not leave with you :P they are under contract, if you are their favoured personal there is a chance they will sign for you though, not if you are manager of Burnely though :S

I signed vaclav kadlec (striker) , he's worth about 1m and he's really good, and i would like to find a way of taking him with me, any ideas?

that could work I guess, depends who you want to terminate, your board wont let you do it to anyone you want as it will cost them alot of cash!

what if i terminate his contract with man city, then with another manager sign him to burnley, then quit that manager, and with my man city manager quit the club and move to burnley, with kadlecf already there

thats cheating surely?
or using benefits to your advantage.

um that would be called cheating, but if you want to do that then do it, its your game mate :D

you could apply for Burnley, once board have offered you contract, just before accepting, terminate Kadlec's contract then go over to Burnely and try and sign him up immediately ;)

yeh, i don't want to 'cheat' unless i have to, but kadlec is really good and cheap

That would be classed as cheating.

Besides, you can just get him to sign a shorter contract and then, when you pleave, he will become available within a six-month period. Clubs are then able to offer him and contract and then he can sign with them at the end of the season. But when they sign the new contract, he must have a high wage to attribute it.

But, nevertheless, it's your game. Do whatever you want. That is just my point on it.

Or just before you leave Man City agree a new contract with Kadlec which has a low minimum fee release clause, though this doesnt guarantee he will sign for you.
