Taking Over The Reserves

In FM 2012 it was possible to take control of the reserves, does anybody know how to do it on FM13

Select 'staff responsibilities' from the drop down menu:> View attachment 464338

Then click the 'reserves' tab and click your name from the drop down menu:> View attachment 464337

If you already have a dedicated reserves manager I believe you either need to sack him of get him to agree to another role in the club via a new contract.
