you havent loaded enough nations, havent loaded enough nation within the database e.g. selecting custom.

depends on your pc mate, just load the Ukrainian league as playable if you want as well as the nations your normally load

hey bud, no it does not, you have to start a brand new game to add new leagues unfortunately...
