Teaching someone to a Position

can anyone tell me how i can make 1 of my players go and train in a certain position please?

For eg : Andrea Pirlo > Training > New position

and then you choose what position you want ..

it doesnt give me the option to New Position cud u Give me a guide 2 this please

you have a drop down menu where it says 'New Position'
