Team can't finish their dinner...

Im Chesterfield and Im creating 20-30 chances a game but only getting about 5 of them on target... Im getting almost 70% possession some times and am 2nd in League 1, but I should be scoring much more than I am...

Anyone got any advice on how to get my strikers scoring more? Im playing 4-3-3 with 3 centre forwards 1 of whom is Goodwillie, the other 2 are pretty much wonder kid regens...

i've had this problem as well in the lower leagues. I also play a 4-3-3 formation and it seems my teams miss so many chances. I did however manage to improve my chance to goals ratio by changing my formation to 3 central stikers and have them line up like this :

all set as attacking. Also I found that if I played a winger in the poachers position they scored more freely than my forwards!!
