im trying to create a database with the best clubs in the world using the english leagues
barca, inter etc in prem
spurs, fiorentina etc in championship
and so on...

i can get the prem to work fine
but when i do the championship i get the above message saying there is a team with the wrong nation set
yet when i go on the overview of the league, every nation is set as 'england' which is surely correct

any ideas cus i really want to do this DB

How many teams have you got in each league?
You need to have 20 in the premiership and 24 teams in the championship

yes the numbers are fine
i just click one team and swap them out so theres never going to be a number problem
checked it though just to make sure

I am having a similar problem only I am trying to make a UK and Ireland league.

Everything was fine until I readjusted the home nations nationalities back to Irish, Scottish, Welsh and Northern Irish. When I test the nations rules I am told that they need to be set to English. This hasnt been the case in previous versions of fm and ruins what I am attempting to do. I really dont want to use a pre existing league as i have quite specific ideas for my own. Any way around this?

Me mate. I did a world league as well as a UK league
