Team has no coaches, and isn't doing anything

Guys,

I have a game loaded up (with mods- notably this The US Leagues with Promotion, Relegation and Splits)

Right now New York FC which is in the US Third Division isn't doing anything. I applied for the job at the start of the game, and they haven't interviewed me nor hired any other head coach. Is there a fix for this?

I am now 2 months in.

Please advise (perhaps adding a new coach would work? But would I have to manage that coach as well?)

Flipping go figure. As soon as I say this I figured out the problem..... The Chairman of the team had a 0 for all of his stats, which meant he wasn't doing sh*t. I simply edited his stats and that fixed the problem... Case closed men. Case closed.
