Team is getting kinda complacent

First i am new at this game.
i am playing a match and when i have the lead with 1 or 2 goals and i manage to get it to the second half but second half performance of players drop and I loss or i have a draw / Can some1 tell me what kinda abilities are needed for different types of coaches

The issue is more likely going to be to do with your team talks. There is a guide for FM10 here, but it should still apply to FM11.

Pre match and at half time, check the assisstant feedback. If he says the whole team is complacent say you expect a win. If a couple of players are complacent just say expect a performence to them. At half time if you are leading and they are complacent say dont expect performance to drop.
