Just use Google Maps and look at the boroughs and suburbs of the major cities in whichever country you are editing and the slap a "United" "Football Club/FC" "AFC/Association Football Club" "City" "Rangers" ("Club de Fútbol" for Spain and "Calcio" for Italy).
