Team Not Becoming Familiar With Formation

My squad are 100% familiar with every part of my tactic, but the team can't get familiar to my formation at all. Is this a bug or is it my fault?

My squad are 100% familiar with every part of my tactic, but the team can't get familiar to my formation at all. Is this a bug or is it my fault?

Hard to say. In my save, I am since a week back (when they where all on "80-90 %) on 100 % at all sliders but "Formation" bnut I expect this to get to 100 % as well.

I have played 5 saves and have not seen this as a bug at all

AS you say, " is it my fault", it kind of says you have used more than 3 tactics during the season in the match prep-
