Team/Player Instructions Advice

Guys i really need some advice please as i am new to the fm13-fm14 team/player instructions.
1) Does it matter how many team instructions i give to the team?I can choose 15-17 instructions,but,for a team like Olympiakos Piraeus(Greek Champion),does it matter how many?I mean,my players aren't world class,will they listen to every single instruction i give to them?Should i give less instructions?Does it have to do with proffesionalism?

It doesn't matter how many instructions you give them. Sometimes it is better to keep it simple. Keep to 4-6 as a maximum. Especially if you don't really know what they do.

The thing is, i know what 90% of instructions do,and i am not sure which ones to dismiss.At least 10 instructions seem important to me :/

It can work to have 10 instructions. If they're logical, it would work. Too many players make the mistake of applying too many or illogical instructions. Not saying you do though.

Maybe start with a few you're absolutely sure of and watch a match or two to see if you need anything else?
