What is your policy when it comes to talking to players in private are you strict with them say if they are unhappy with a fine that you have given them or that their not getting enough game time what do you say to them as a manager. Do you try and reason with them and come to some sort of agreement.

Personally to me if the player isn't liking what im saying or doing with the club thats there problem i give them a ultimatum as in they can leave if they want i know harsh but i just think no player is bigger then the club. I don't care if your Cristian Ronaldo or Barry Fuller you can all be replaced Mwahahahaha. ;)

Oh and if this thread has been done before i don't care. JUST DONT COMMENT THEN SIMPLE.

i just tell it to them straight
if he has a problem with me, the club or the players, i point him to the door where my assitant has already packed the players bags.(H)

a happy squad is a successful squad;)
 
i just fine everyone to be honest then they moan and i sell them :P my players dont like me very much...especially the brazillians they really hate me :P
 
You lads have got the right idea because how i see it is that your not there to be there friend lol
 
Well i adopt a more conservative approach. But if i feel they have done something wrong, then i fine them no matter what. And too much of criticising me in the press over and over again, they are shown the door.
