Hey i am really confused, because i dont know how to praise my team and certain players are getting ticked off so..if theres any way i can praise th whole team that would be great thanks... and also how do you comment on refs ?

Praise your whole team? You mean as in teamtalks? Or in media interaction? Media interaction can be used to praise (or criticise) individuals only.

Commenting on refs is done in press conferences after the match when you're asked about penalty decisions or offside decisions.

Ok thanks i dunno i mean now Fabregas and Slight concern because the team haven't been given any credit or something.
How do you do it on teamtalks?

It's pretty obvious which of the options praises the team - encouragement,thrilled,pleased,done well. etc, etc.
