Team rejects my offer, but accepts an EQUAL offer from a different team?

We're not even in the same league or country. They don't even play in european competitions so why the **** do they do that?
 
Maybe because you're a rival team. Rivals/same league teams tend to demand a higher price for their players.
 
Maybe you are on the mangers disliked list? Maybe like Hansi24 said the clubs have history?
 
As Sheep888 said, it's most probably because you're on the manager's disliked list. Also, maybe the two the clubs are affiliated [the club whose offer was accepted], but that seem less likely.
 
I might be if you manage a richer club,they want you to pay more since they know you have more money than the other clubs.
Richer clubs always have to pay overprice for good players.

What could possibly have happened between Frankfurt and Napoli?
 
Are you 100 % the offers are the same? Same amount cash up front ?
If so, what offer came first, your rejected or their accepted ?
