Team talk bug

Has anyone else noticed recently that Team talks are not working, Regardless to what you say, there is no change in how the player Reacts.

i started a league in france the other day and my team talks wernt giving me any response. ive just put it down being unable to speak french at the moment as im early on in the season. however if its not down to the above im having the same problem also
