Does anyone have any advice on the best approach to team talks and opposition instructions.
I have managed Liverpool and been 3-0 up away at Newcastle and Arsenal only to lose after praising my players at half time. Should I be harsher ti them (it seems odd if they are playing well).
With opposition instructions, should I always follow my assistant or trust my instints and how many times per game should I change them. I keep getting outplayed in the 2nd half having dominated the first half.
Any advice greatly appreciated.
