Team Talks and Shouts Help

Hello friends, i want to know what you guys are using and getting the most success in Team Talks and Shouts.

Any guide out here? Just want some straight forward, like o know the guides from guidetofm.com but they talk about so many options and i still lost about this.

I always start each game off with POSITIVE and a shout of GET CREATIVE.

Then I change it depending on how my team are doing.
