Team Talks Useless

Since the new patch my team talks are literally useless, before I was getting a lot of positive feedback from the players now I get nothing or negative. Ive let my assistant take them and I get the same result.

Ive read the team talk guide that Raikan had posted but this still just doesnt seem to want to work for me. Anyone got any ideas or what they do themselves for the team talks?

Apart from some rare bug being reported, the teamtalk are now more realistic. If a player is on a good or superb morale, a nice little team talk will not make him even more happy, why should it, I have no problem motivating my players but then again, I micpor manage. I tak enotes about the different players and how they react. This is something I have done since FM09 and it works the same way now ( with personalities)

Its also harder to movitate players if they have a higher status than you.

Perhaps repost this in the GD instead as its not tactic or training related
