Anyone else had any problems with giving their own team talks? I've been giving them myself, being more complementary away from home or when someone has got an average of 8 or more praising them individually.
but a lot of the players have been moaning and becoming unhappy with the things I have said so I have just let my assistant take over the team talk for me.
any tips?
