Team Talks!!!

hi guys i was looking for suggestions on team talks i want to keep eem fresh but at the same time use the right talks in the right situations.

can some one give me some tips?

After matches you should check how your team feedback worked on the team, then you will find out who takes criticism to heart and who needs to be told straight they arent good enough, your assistant after matches tells you how they felt after it as you prob already know like if someone is playin a 5.7 at ht i would most likely say im angry at him but he may only be new to the squad, youngster or can't take critiscism tell them you have faith and hopefully they step up their performances and if not 60-65 mins sub them. Hope this helps slightly.

I was loosing 3-0 to arsenal at half time, i did not give a team talk left it set as none, second half i olny lost 4-3
