Team talks

Ive never had this problem before with any of my other saves, but after starting one with Hinckley every time i give a team talk the response off the players is they are stressed?

Anyone know how to solve this?

Sounds like you are expecting too much of them?

its only before the match it happens, no matter what i say to them they get stressed but at half time & full time they are happy & i say practically the same thing
