TEAM TALKS????

i am sitting top of championship with southampton in december in semi final of league cup having a really good start but my players hardly ever react to my team talks???

they are winning games morale is high but they just never seem to have opinion or react to my teamtalks???:S:'(

It's usually like that in the first season, so don't worry. Keep doing well and the players will begin to respond to you. This is mainly due to your reputation at this stage. I take it you haven't started out as an international footballer when you created the game, so the players won't respond to you straight away. Give it time

yes i only get the odd 1 or 2 reacting but like you say it down to my reputation as i didnt up my level would be on whatever it stars on...i was recently linked with another job so looks like my rep is on the up
