Teams with AMC Quality

After my recent saved turned corrupt I got pretty fed with FM -.-

I play with a really nice 4-2-3-1 assymetrical with 2 AMCs

Is there a team that got some young talents in the attacking mid? Like in a second league in spain, england, italy or germany, or yeah, even in a top league bot not a top team?

I dont want to do like Man C starting out with aguero, silva and nasri.. nah no challenge

why? aguero is very best player

Because to many people starting with the best team and the best players is boring, and he seemingly wants a challenge/to develop a team.
