First of all thanks to anyone who took time reading this theard
i made my first winger tactics in a few years, got some nice results with it as u can see in the screen shots,
its great in keeping possesion and also gets me quite enough CCCs
formationwise it is a 4 4 2 or 4 2 4 depending how u look at it, with 2 inside forwards on the wings
the 2 mids are a box to box and BWm on support
strikers are a complete forward with the Pele role from the thread http://www.fm-base.co.uk/forum/foot...aining/75349-recreating-how-legends-play.html and that player should be both the playmaker and targetman to increase his efficency
other one is a normal poacher
the roles assigend to the defence players are basic 2 Cb and 2 Fb, FB should have good crossing

hopefully some of u will try and give me some feedback , cuz i know improvemnts can be and must be made

ideal would be if someone took time and played with it for 3-6 months

but it takes time till the tactics get fluid
 
I'll try out your tactic, unfortunately I'm playing in 3.HNL so it ain't easy to find a player for your Pele role but I have just the one who can although he ain't that technicaly good but is fast and good finisher...

I won now the 3.HNL, just need to win promotion play-offs and I'll find that kind of a player, though Ivan Lendrić who was on loan scored two goals in that position in the first half against Dugo Selo and 3 more in the second half in the complete forward position...

Looks good (especialy by the Champions League results) but why you have 3 different links? Are they different tactics?
 
I'm going to try this tactic out with a random championship team, I'll post an update at the end of the first season (currently January).
 
Not sure if it will be much help but I'll give this a go with Sacachispas, a 2nd tier Guatemalan club (custom DB) predicted to finish 3rd and no wage room whatsoever.

By the way, I had good success with your 4-1-2-1-2 tactic which is why I'm giving this a shot!
 
What is: match prep, o.i. and pitch size?
