Testing Tactics?

Well firstly this is going to be my first go at making tactics so i was wondering the best way to test them, also i have a fairly good squad to test them on:

GK Ospina
RB Clyne
DC Jagielka, Wheater, Mendes Da Silva, Naldo
LB Kolodzieck, Lukovic
MC Sandro, Rodwell, Ledley, Jadson
AMR A.Sanchez, Shaarwary
AML Tosic, Bisewar
ST Dzeko, Keirrison, Kadlec

Would this squad be a good squad to test it on? and how would i go about testing?

Use it for a season or so and tweak and improve it. I would also try and use it in different leagues like epl, championship etc.

you should play to those players strengths mate, for example if none of those are fast then dont do counter attacking
