the ball cannot be seen

i cant see the ball,the game works normally,there is no problem but when the ball is at the pitch,i cant see,moreover,when the ball is on air,i can see ..what should I do?have u got any idea?,help please..

probably something to do with new graphics, have you applied a new skin or graphic recently ? could be that, try taking it out then playing and seeing if it still happens
or re-install the game

thanks again,but i didnt add any graph.. or packs.. i have reinstalled 3 times..but again i cannot see the ball

Have you checked in the folder

Program Files/Sports Interactive/FM11/Data/sigfx/meshes/ball
