This is the best 4-2-3-1 i have ever used made by me. I always wanted to play on this formation. Workin on it since i started to play Football Manager 2011.
Pitch: I used standart size in first season.But max size would be better with good players.
Match Prep: Very high until fluid with team blend.Low with atacking movement.
Team talks: Assistant Manager and no O.I

Gk: Reflex,one and one,aerial ability.
CB: Marking,tackiling,positioning,pace,acceleration,agility,balance and strenght.
FB: Marking,tackiling,positioning,pace,acceleration,agility,balance,stamina,natural fitness,team work and work rate.(Defensive Forward Backs)
MC: Marking,tackiling,positioning,pace,acceleration,agility,balance,stamina,natural fitness,team work,work rate,passing and strenght.(Defensive midfielders)
WG: Pace,acceleration,agility,dribbling.first touch,passing,finishing,composure,creativity,technique,off the ball and balance.
AMC: Pace,acceleration,agility,dribbling.first touch,passing,finishing,composure,creativity,technique,off the ball and balance also mental attributes are important.
ST: Pace,acceleration,agility,dribbling.first touch,passing,finishing,composure,creativity,technique,off the ball,strenght and balance.
