The Best Basque Players

So this is just gonna be a list of the best Basque players in the game at the moment. This will hopefully be useful to players managing Athletic Bilbao who have a strict 'Basque players only' policy. This means that you cant sign anyone that is not from the Basque region of Spain (will be set as their second nationality). Just so people know your unlikely to be able to sign most of these players until you have built up Bilbao's reputation as a lot of them already play for big clubs. These are in no particular order and i'm excluding Bilbao players for obvious reasons. This isnt all of the Basque players but just the best ones (my opinion!)

Well Xabi Alonso is one of the best players in the whole of Spain, if not the world, for his position and role. I think you can count him in as one of the best Basque players as well.

Ruffier and Zurutuza from St ?tienne and Sociedad are both good signings

Since Sociedad is a Basque team as well, but they aren't restricted to just Basque players, a lot of their Spanish players will be Basque but it is unlikely that they will sign for Bilbao because of the rivalry between the two sides.

My bad on Xabi Alonso! Forgot about him! As for Benat, Susaeta and Iraola i didnt include them in the list as they already play for Bilbao. Forlan's good but only for another year. His wages are also ridiculous!
