looking to get the best out of carlos fierro could somebody give me tips on how to get this
 
How do you guys sign him in the first season?
 
In the 1st transfer window you can offer him a contract, because he is in the last 6months of his contract. If he accepts he joins your club in the summer of 2012
 
I sign him straight away for 1m. Then loan him for1/2 seasons then wham, ive got a world class scorer.
 
yeh you need to offer him a contract as soon as you start your save otherwise he will accept a other contract or one at is original club
 
ive just started using him, but ive got torres too and he's playing upfront soo ill have to rotate the two
 
i tried to sign fierro and errick torres but couldnt get a Work Permit, am i missing something here? :(
 
Train and use as a Poacher, but once he starts to get closer to his potential, put him onto a schedule for Complete Forward to make him better all round. I recommend Dunc's training.
 
I signed him during the second season - and he missed soooo many chances!
I got frustrated with him, and sent him to one of my feeder clubs for the season. (Middlesborough - they were in League One)

He finished top scorer in the npower League 1, bagging 30 goals!

So, during pre-season, I brought him into the squad, and assessed whether he was good enough, or whether he would need another loan spell.

He played well during the pre-season matches, and was assisting and scoring a few goals.

Then, the Premier League Season went underway. I decided to rest my key players, and I put him and Mbaye Niang up front. In his first premier league match of the season - he scored a hat-trick! (So did Mbaye Niang, though...)


My suggestion is send him out to loan at a lower league team for 2 seasons, or maybe even a weak premier league team (as long as he gets regular playing time)
Then, bring him into your squad, and see how he performs!
I play him as a Poacher using Raikans007 Might and Magic tactic.
 
I played him up front on his own as a poacher and he scored 295 goals in 336 games over 8 seasons. 1 year he scored something like 65 goals for the club and 20-25 for mexico
 
Well I bougth him for FC Porto and in his two first season's he scored more than 160 goals and more than 80 assistants ,just on the Portuguese league....believe or not he's the best of all...he won all the prizes that he could....I play on 4-2-2-2(Ill devasto Tactic) and I used him on the right side of the front line..... in the midle of my third season I went to MAn United... I bouth him then for 71Millions€, maybe too much for you, but when he came I put him on the same place an my god....he's IMMENSE......I thhing it's a bug or something like that..... Oh and Mbaye Nyang his really good and have better graphics than Carlos...but Carlos Fierro is something from another planet....believe me..... ;) Oh and I allways use 4-2-2-2 (Ill devasto Tactic) ;) Hope this can help u ;)
