sumner can we buy players whos second nationality is english

so if someone was egyptian but his second nationality was english are we allowed to sign them?

could we buy british citizens cause Carlos Vela changed to a british citizen so could i play him

If they are uncapped for their national team e.g Michael chopra eligible for India

This sounds like a very good challenge.
If a player has 2 nationalities and is uncapped, that is fine, but what happens if they get called up by the other nationality, will they need to be sold??????

I would like to be West Ham please
