the commentary is not working

I had a couple of weeks ago hebrew patch,and then I removed it when I deleted the game
yesterday I installed the game again and the commentary in english in the game is not working
it just shows the name of the players but no commentary...

what can I do?

Backup your saves, graphics, anything important and reinstall the game

it keeps doing this,do I need to change any files?
