you can give Touchline Team Talks "Get Creative" and you can instruct a player in his tactical role instructions to "roam from position " and there is is an option for all the team to be "more expressive"
Does all those instruction effect player the same or if you give all those orders makes creative freedom larger the more instructions you use....
Let's say you give the all team instruction to be more expressive so each player has 10 creative freedom
Than you instruct a player in his tactical role to roam from position... Now he has 15 creative freedom...

And last you give him touchline instruction "get creative" which makes his creative freedom 20...

So basically I'm asking do those instructions adds up onto one another or once you use one of them there is no need to instruct the other...?

No, It's not all tied to one "creative freedom" type of system. Each option targets specific attributes or mentalities.

Get Creative: Overrules risk based decision. Retaining possession is not important and you're looking for them to play high risk for high pay off.

Roam from position: Ask a player to use his "off the ball" and "position" attributes more to try put them into more advantageous positions. It's allowing extra creative freedom but it's different from the above since the above option would use "roam from position" when there was a potential for a pay off.

More expressive: This is asking your players to use their "vision" and "flair" attributes. It's not necessarily offering them more creative freedom since you're not telling them to be more reckless. They'll look for opportunities int he confines of the system.

Football is a very complicated game

Does the instruction "roam from position" apply to any position where there is a player with high "off the ball" and "positon" ratings or does it apply just for central midfielder?

No. The attributes are the player's ability to perform the instruction.
A GK can have "high off the ball" and "position" and it's very useful for them to know where to be when sweeping in the "Sweeper Keeper" role but they are not instructed to find pockets of space.

Edit: If you play with High creative freedom and Very Fluid system, if a player "slots into" another player's role (ie. A DCM dropping into a full back's possition as the full back closes down a wide player), they need to have the attributes to perform at that role so in that case, off the ball and "roam from position" it could be linked.
