the difference

Hey guys, what is the difference between Automatic and the other options you can choose when adding a manager? Is automatic higher than Sunday League Footballer or what is it?

I think Automatic is basically the middle, essentially the level that doesn't effect anything, if you get me? I.e sunday league footballer lowers your rep to make it mroe realistic, international makes it higher. I assumed Auto was just 50/100 kind of thing, no positive or negative effects either way.
