MATTHEW KING ON BECOMING NEW MANAGER OF DORCHESTER

You sit here as the new manager of Dorchester, is this your dream job:
Yes it is a dream job, it is an absolute privilege to be given this great opportunity of managing this fantastic club

What is your overall approach to the tactical side of the game:
I will try to integrate an attacking footballing style, but if this style is not working I will not hesitate in change the style to suit the situation

How involved do you intend to be in the day to day running of the club:
I will be involved here, but due to my relative lack of experience my backroom staff will be handling a lot of the activities

New managers often bring about times of change and some might fear for their jobs. Will there be changes:
The club has a good set-up I can confirm I will not making any major changes as I would not want to de-stabilise the club
