A Background :
Alright so here is my guide to Vitesse , an Eredivisie club in the Netherlands wich was taken over 2,5 years ago by Georgian sugardaddy Merab Jordania .Who when he took over announced that he would make Vitesse champion of the eredivisie within 3 years .
Alot of Dutch media considered this to be nonsense ,but recently the Vitesse side is doing very well and are currently tied at the top of the charts with Fc Twente with 15 matches played and 34 points

The squad:
At first glance youll immediatly notice that Chelsea has loaned you a couple of crack players like Kalas and Kakuta wich are amazing players for the Dutch eredivisie .
Other players who will be top notch for your first season are : Theo Jannsen Cm ,Marco van Ginkel , Guram Kashia and Piet Velthuizen .
But the most important player of the squad will be your striker Wilfried Bony View attachment 287511
An AMAZING striker who is young and will get you loads of assists as a Tm and atleast 20 goals if you play him right .
The tactic :
The tactic ill be using the first season will be a 4-1-2-1-2

This is the perfect tactic for the first season as youll be able to play with all your top players but this is ofcourse at you discretion but this is how i played .If you play this at a low tempo with attacking youll see that the individual qualities of your squad will be very decisive .
(Edit : I took this screenshot in the 3rd season so thats why there are some players you see that you wont have at the beginning)
Transfers :
So after looking at the stats of the squad i decided that the biggest weakness was the defense and that this had to be addressed .

As you can see most signings were for cheap/free
The most important transfer was that off Kara he is an absolute beast who will win every header and will make alot of interceptions for you .
Also keep an eye out for Douglas View attachment 287528 of Fc twente , add him to your shortlist if he doesnt get sold in the first transfer period youll be able to sign him for a free in the 2nd transfer window in the winter wich is a great addition to the squad .
Competitions :
You start out in the uefa cup qualifying rounds wich will be hard to make real progress in .You should aim on surviving the group if you have a lucky draw but dont expect to much .
The Eredivisie is a whole other story , the only competitors you'll face are Ajax ,PSV and Fc Twente .All the other clubs you play should be relatively easy to win from .Your expectation should be to win it .
Summary:
In short this is a great team with huge potential . A decent sized stadium with 25.000 seats called the gelredome View attachment 287532
And with a suggar daddy who will poor about 30 mill a season into the club youll have enough money to upgrade your facillities ( wich are already pretty good ) and get some quality signings . The only problem is the reputation of the club wich is pretty low but after 2 seasons and some smart and good signings of what i call B+ players there might be some A players who will join you and you should have a decent wage budget that will allow you to sign these stars .
Just to make clear i wrote this guide when i was already at my 3rd season at this amazing club so if you guys want to know how i did after this ill gladly share more once a week or so and when i said that this club can be very succesfull and you still doubt it the look at this View attachment 287536 and even though this was really lucky all season long in the champions cup and it was prolly their best match ever its still a glimpse of what you can achieve with this club if you know what your doing .
