STORY OF THE TACTIC
(please read spoiler and discuss on the topic)
I was inspired from the football Galatasaray had played between 2011-2012 season. Of course Terim was the manager during that period. I am pretty sure that many Gala fans can not forget that year.We had finished the league 8th position a year before. Terim had re-setup the team from bottom to top. Drogba and Sneijder have not been transferred yet and we really do not have any star player but we had real warriors like Elmander, Melo, Selcuk and promising Colak and Kaya... I highly suggest you not to use any OI as I find it very very variable and inconsistent.

Just hire good ***. man. with 15+ motivating attribute but do not assign him responsibility just ask him before and half time of every match but sometimes when you play well and lose show some mercy to your team like saying `we were unlucky guys` and always encourage them
