The file could not be imported

I'm trying to upload my old tactic from Fm 2008 or "009 I can't remember but when I try it gives me this msg "the file could not be imported" so is that even possible can I somehow convert it for FM 2012 or any help would be appreciated

Only fm11 tactics are compatible with fm12. Next time, please read the posting rules and use the sticky for small questions. Cheers!
