OK, this is an idea I've had for a while. Rather than the usual 120/200 CA/PA of the players created, (Where no-one has to wonder about whether their player will even make it) I'm going to give each player a random Blue Square North/South team, 50 CA and a -9 PA.
Also, each player can have 3 strengths (which will be set to 19) and 3 weaknesses (which will be set to 3)
