!! This tactic has been tested ONLY with underdog/lower league team. I have no clue how it does work with big teams!!
I wanted to start a new personal challenge, so i decided to pick the worse team of Belarus lower league (Pinsk) and try to take it and win the Champions League.
Of course i've still a long path before reach my goal, but i won the league on my 2nd season (1st season finished 5th) ,and lots of games im not losing.

Each player got his own instructions
Is it a 3-4-3 or a 5-4-1?
Training:
Pre Season: Tactics (very high) / Tactics only
During season: Defense (very high) / Att.Movement only
Opposite Instructions:
(my assistant is bad so i do it manually)
WBL/WBR: Close Down/Weaker Foot
Mids: Close Down/Weaker Foot
TC: Tackle Hard/Weaker Foot
Wings: Tackle Hard/Weaker Foot
Strikers: Tackle Hard/Weaker Foot
Player Preferred Move:
I trained noone, but feel free to do it and test what works best
Players Suggestion:
You need a strong striker, with finalize/shot as higher as you can
You need the left Wing with high finalize/speed and decent shot (he will score quite a bit)
You need the EG with good first touch and passing.

Cons:
You always take a goal, dunno if it's because of the tactic or because the players are really bad
Defense can sure be tweaked a bit but doing that you will lose the best thing on this tactic: the attack.
Pros:
You score more than you opponent
The tacitc is really nice to see played on the field
winning tactic, not lost a single game in full season as for my screenshots
